Carole PAINBLANC has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2010.

Her practice is exclusively dedicated to Family law and Patrimonial law.

She has a Master’s degree in « Judicial careers and criminal sciences » from Paris X University and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from Athens University.

After exercising as a legal practitioner then associate for eight years in a law firm exclusively dedicated to family law, Carole PAINBLANC created her own law firm in 2012.

She received a specific training in collaborative practice (Level 1 & 2) and in Interest Based Negotiation.

She is a member of the AFPDC ( French Association of collaborative law Practitioners)

Carole PAINBLANC is an author for the Family Guide of Editions Legislative.

Carole PAINBLANC is elected at the Consultative Concil of Paris CARPA (Caisse des Règlements Pécuniaires des Avocats)

Member of the permanent Commission of the Young Lawyer’s Union (UJA), Carole PAINBLANC is co-responsible of the legal access and Pro Bono commission.
